Empowering care leavers and young people that are looked after to assist them to gain independence is our goal. By teaching vital life skills and providing the necessary housing support, we assist vulnerable young people in learning what it takes to secure housing and obtain employment.
Three months to one year Planned Placement which extends beyond three months.
One year plus Planned placements beyond one year- additional services.
PE Cares Ltd`s highly skilled staff not only aims to meet the developmental needs of each young person in our care, but using individual assessment, support, mentoring, and restorative practice techniques also strives to explore and address each young person’s unique and individual needs. PE Cares seek to improve outcomes through comprehensive support planning, and bespoke key-working and mentoring programs, which are designed to assist our young people in reaching for the stars and achieving their goals and aspirations.
