  • Laundering & ironing clothing and bedding etc
  • Maintaining socially acceptable levels of personal hygiene
  • Accessing recreational & educational facilities

Assistance with benefits/bills

  • Accessing welfare benefits
  • Managing benefits
  • Filling out forms etc
  • Maintaining their tenancies
  • Ensuring rent and other bills, debts, etc are paid
  • Opening up a savings account


Accessing professional help & liaison with other agencies

  • Monitoring & supervising compliance with medication
  • Emotional difficulties (informal counselling)
  • Befriending & chatting with clients/guest
  • Resettlement & preparation for move-on accommodation
  • Organizing social events & holidays
  • Religious and cultural observances
  • Maintaining contact with family and friends
  • Dealing with disputes with neighbours or other tenants

    Our Lifelong Support

    Our Lifelong Support and guidance at PE Cares Ltd do not end when our young people transitioned into adulthood. We continue to provide support and counselling to those that we have provided service to and track the progress of our young people through to adulthood, and our team will continue to support our clients through to adulthood and will always be a shoulder to lean on
